Dr GOH Chye Tee is Director of NTU Chinese Medicine Clinic and former Director of Biomedical Sciences/Chinese Medicine Program at the School of Biological Sciences, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. In the midst of his career as an accounting professor at the Nanyang Business School, Dr Goh completed a Diploma in TCM from the Singapore College of TCM, and a PhD from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine in China. Subsequently, he became as a volunteer physician and a clinical instructor at a charity clinic, and was also member of the Accreditation Committee and TCM Examiner at the Ministry of Health Singapore. Lately, he also served as a WHO International Peer Reviewer on a TCM Standardisation project initiated by the World Health Organisation. Dr Goh’s areas of research include: acupuncture for pain management and bowel disorder of cancer patients; Management of Sub-health conditions with TCM; Modernization of TCM with technology, and Smart Management of Wealth and Health for gracious living.

His areas of expertise are Accounting, Cost Management, and TCM. His current research works focus on the integration of traditional culture and modern management.

Mikhail G Kolonin is an Associate Professor and Director of the Center for Metabolic and Degenerative Diseases at the University of Texas in Houston. As a PhD from Wayne State University, he pioneered the concept of expressing peptides disrupting protein interactions in animals. As a Postdoctoral fellow at MD Anderson Cancer Center, he screened combinatorial libraries to identify druggable cell surface markers. Based on this approach, he has invented experimental therapeutics for obesity and cancer. He is an Author of over 60 publications, and has editorial positions with Molecular Carcinogenesis and Cancer Research. He is endowed with a Distinguished University Chair in Metabolic Disease Research.

Douglas N Ishii received his BA in Biochemistry from University of California, Berkeley and PhD in Pharmacology from Stanford University Medical School and conducted Postdoctoral work in Neurobiology at Stanford. He became Assistant then Associate Professor of Pharmacology at Columbia University, New York City. He is a Professor of Biomedical Sciences at Colorado State University. Ahmed Hegazi is currently a Professor of Microbiology and Immunology in the National Research Center, Egypt. Prof. Hegazi received his masters degree in 1979 and his PhD in 1981. Hegazi's research work has been focused lately on bee products and their therapeutic effects. Hegazi organized and contributed to national and international research projects since 1977 and up till now; he has been the principal investigator on multiple research projects within the National Research Center. He has published 222 scientific papers and articles in national and international journals. He also served on the board of multiple national and international scientific journals. Dr. Hegazi is also the president of the Egyptian Environmental Society for Uses and Production of Bee Products, secretary of the Egyptian Society of Apitherapy, secretary general of the African Federation of Apiculture Associations, and a member of the International Apitherapy Commission (APIMONDIA).

Mohammad Zashim Uddin obtained Ph. D. at the age of 32 years and trained from USA on tropical biodiversity. His current position is Professor in the University of Dhaka and supervised 25 M.S. research students and presently guiding one Ph. D student. By this time, he published 56 research articles in different scientific journals.
